I was smitten with these tulle skirts the moment that I saw them. Being a girl and having a little girl gives me the divine right to love all things girly, pinky, glittery, baubley, and frilly. And I do! Something inside told me that I had to have this skirt for Sadi! I don't know what, but something :) (It speaks to me all too often!) The price tag was a little steep so I decided that I would try to make it myself......Ta Da!
