The List...

A list of excuses for hiding out as of late...

*First and foremost, a word from Sadi

                              We are elated and delighted!!!

*We listed the house for sale.  After all, in six months we will be needing more space.  We've had realtors and buyers in and out for the last little over a month.  Translation - I've had to keep the house clean constantly.  Fun with an almost two year old!  Even more fun while battling nausea.  And exhaustion.  But that's besides the point, for lo and behold, the house is now under contract.  We feel really blessed seeing as how the market is so crummy right now.  We've been told that there may be an inspection with the FHA loan, which may delay the process, or there may not be, which will speed things up quite a bit.  So, newest on my agenda - packing.

* While attempting to renew my x-ray license I learned that I was supposed to have 24 continuing education credits done.  I had zero at the time.  Whoops!  Been working on that.

* Style rut.  So I chopped my hair.  I've been gaining weight and have felt yucky so I blamed it and took it out on my hair.  Some days I love it.  Some days I hate it.  It's growing on me (no pun intended).  Learning how to do short hair again takes time.

before - this is definitely the longest I have ever had it

*Celebrated another year closer to twenty-ten.  It was such a fun and fabulous day.  Thanks!

*Celebrated four years of marriage.  We went on a super fancy date.  I think I was addressed as "Mrs. Curtis" more in that night than in the four years it's been my title.

*Our car has been busy too.  With oil leaks, tune-ups and inspections.

*We've been sick.  I hate summer colds!

So, things don't look to be less busy in the near future, but I'll try to squeeze in some thoughts and feelings here and there.

I love your hair! I am feeling the same way and am very tempted to chop mine. You are very busy not to mention the pregnancy stuff that you have to deal with on top of it. I had no idea that you were even listing your house. Cameron isnt very good at letting me know stuff like that, and Im sure that he knew. Let us know if we can help.
